For developers and architecture projects
Every building has a story. Make sure it’s heard.
We turn your development’s concept, architecture and surroundings into an audio experience for buyers, investors, residents and visitors.

The opportunity
Renders show the building. The story explains why it exists.
A developer invests heavily in communicating its projects. And those materials do their job well: they show what the building looks like, what it offers and where it is.
What tends to stay in the background is the concept: the vision behind the project, the design decisions and the life it proposes. Audio adds that dimension, without replacing your sales materials.

The questions worth telling
- ?Why was that location chosen?
- ?What inspired its architecture?
- ?What way of life does it propose?
- ?What sets its common spaces apart?
- ?What is the story of the neighbourhood?
What GuideMe for Business is
Your development, turned into a story to listen to and walk through.
We take your project’s information, write the stories, produce the narration and publish it on a microsite in the development’s identity. It works in the showroom, in the model unit or remotely: all it takes is a QR code or a link, and each person’s phone.
Your project
Design statement, floor plans, renders, the history of the site and its authors’ vision.
GuideMe produces
Scripts, narration, editorial review and a microsite with the development’s brand.
Your audience listens
Buyers, investors or residents, in the sales room or wherever they are.
With the project’s brand
A microsite with the development’s logo, renders and aesthetic.
On site or remotely
Used in the showroom and shared by link with those who can’t come.
For overseas buyers
A language selector in the same microsite. One language included; others quoted.
Applications
One tool, six ways to use it.
The same experience can launch a project, support the sale and welcome those who live in it. These are the most common uses; they can be combined in one microsite.
Project presentation
Buyers and investors
The overall vision of the development: concept, inspiration, location, features and differentiators, beyond a traditional presentation.
Self-guided sales tours
Showroom and model unit
Stations with QR codes in the sales room, the building or the model unit. Each point, its explanation.
Architecture and design
Buildings with a strong identity
Architectural decisions, materials, preserved elements, landscaping, interiors and the vision of their authors.
Resident welcome
After handover
The project’s story, common spaces and general orientation. A complement to the building’s manuals and rules.
Investor and partner presentations
With GuideMe Private
The concept, features and vision the company chooses to share, with restricted access when the content isn’t public.
Heritage and historic buildings
Restorations and conversions
The building’s past, its transformations, its people and its relationship with its surroundings.
Communication, not documentation. The audio experience does not replace the project’s financial, contractual or investment documents: it complements them with its story and concept.
Made for: real-estate developers, architecture studios, builders with their own projects, managers of landmark buildings, residential complexes, mixed-use projects and real-estate organisations.
Self-guided sales tour
A QR code at every point of the showroom.
Place a code at each station in the sales room, the model unit or the building. Visitors scan it and hear the explanation for that point. With the main QR code, they go through the full experience in sequence.
That way every visit keeps the same story, told with the same care, even while the sales team is busy with someone else. And those who couldn’t come can listen from home.

No infrastructure of your own
GuideMe builds, hosts and maintains the solution.

Statistics and reports
Basic usage data to understand how the experience is being used.
Hosting, maintenance and support
GuideMe hosts, maintains and supports the experience. First year included.
The base product includes one language. The experience is published at a GuideMe address, for example guidemear.com/your-brand-name. The microsite does not replace or host your website.
Two ways to produce the content
Content Provided
You hand us documents, texts, photos and materials. We turn them into a professionally narrated experience.
Full Service
We also research, gather and organise the information needed, within the agreed scope.
Both deliver the same final quality. Full Service helps when the information exists but is scattered, or was never documented.
Two ways to give access
GuideMe Public
Anyone with the link or the QR code can listen freely, and download the experience to listen offline.
GuideMe Private
Restricted access with a shared password or individual codes, with expiry and revocation. Requires a connection.
Restricting access reduces exposure, but no digital system can fully prevent an audio from being copied or recorded.
Quoted add-ons: Additional languages · Human voice-over · Special multimedia features
